Blanchard talked about this book at a conference I´d attender at Willow Creek before I´d decided to buy it and read it. It is a great book to unveil the leadership traits of Jesus. Heart, head, hands, and habits revolved around the good practices of Jesus so He modeled a leadership of integrity.
